2. Payment Methods:

Full payment must be made using a credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card details to complete the transaction. This charge will be reflected on your credit card statement.
3. Payment Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, our travel consultants will email you a confirmation receipt. This printed confirmation serves as proof of payment, which you can present to the service provider to redeem your tour package. Please ensure that you have provided accurate travel information during the booking process.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
◾ Each Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies. Prior to booking any activity with Duneful Travel & Tours LLC, please review the specific cancellation policy for that tour.
◾ Combo tours can be canceled, but if you cancel any of the individual tours within a combo, you will forfeit the combo offer. In such cases, Duneful Travel & Tours LLC will consider the individual tour price of the non-canceled tour and refund the remaining amount.
◾ Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once paid on the Duneful Travel & Tours LLC website.
◾ When booking a combo, ensure that all combo tour options are available. Otherwise, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services listed in the available options.
4.2 No Show
◾ Failure to participate in a scheduled tour will result in no partial or full refunds. This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur-driven services, confirmed tours, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.
A. Cancellation Procedures
Before initiating a cancellation, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the cancellation rules relevant to your tour package. To cancel all or part of your reservation, please notify Duneful Travel & Tours LLC in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and provide information on any applicable fees via email, fax, or telephone. Duneful Travel & Tours LLC cannot be held responsible for cancellations that have not been received from you or confirmed by us.
B. Itinerary Amendments
The routes and services included in your package are subject to change based on local weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors. If such changes occur, we will offer suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability. We will notify you of any itinerary changes, if any, before your departure. Please note that Duneful Travel & Tours LLC reserves the right to make minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without providing reimbursement. Additionally, no reimbursement can be issued in the event of force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.
C. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy
If we are unable to secure your preferred hotel accommodation, we will make every effort to provide you with a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. Check-in/check-out policies are determined by the selected hotel. Duneful Travel & Tours LLC cannot be held responsible for any deviations from these policies due to the hotel's busy schedule.
D. Travel Insurance
Duneful Travel & Tours LLC does not assume responsibility for accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We strongly recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
E. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure they possess the required documents for their specific tour, including a valid passport or ID card, especially for international travelers. No refunds will be issued in the event of document loss or non-possession. Travelers of all nationalities are advised to check with their respective country's consulate for entry requirements and consult with their consulate regarding current visa and health requirements, as these may change without prior notice.
F. Website Usage Restrictions All content on this website, including logos, images, tour package information, pricing details, and other relevant information, is the intellectual property of Duneful Travel & Tours LLC. By using this website, you agree not to exploit its content for non-personal, commercial, or illegal purposes.
G. Delivery & Shipping Policy
